NEW Site Check

As well as offering web design/update services to our customers as and when they need it, we also realised that some of our customers need a more pro-active service. So we created Site Check, our new service where we keep a close eye on your web presence and make sure it is working and performing well.

Site check is Available as a one off, or regular reoccurring Monthly, Bi Monthly, Quarterly, 6 month or Annual service.

How it works

Each Site Check takes around an hour to complete and costs a fixed price of £25. During this hour We’ll check up on your site to make sure it is working and performing well. Each site check covers 3 main areas and depending on your business we'll focus our attention on some areas more than others. After each site check we will email you a report to let you know what we have done and advise you of any issues.

We will simply add your services to your account and invoice you as normal. It goes without saying that you can stop or change your services at any time, just get in touch.

The Checklist

Maintenance - Check everything's working as it should and make a backup just in case

  • Full backup of the site.
  • Make sure any external links are still active and working correctly
  • Check to make sure your site works with the latest browsers and flash
  • Check all pages open and display correctly

Tweaks - Make any small changes we notice that need fixing or updating

  • Make sure any dates used are current such as the copyright notice
  • Any small changes needed
  • Fix any typos

Performance - Make sure site doing well in searches and against similar sites

  • Basic SEO check
  • Make sure basic searches for your site are working correctly
  • Compare against similar and competitors sites
  • Review and note Ideas for future additions and improvements
